Processing times are typically between 7 to 14 business days, excluding the day you place your order. In some cases, orders may be processed sooner, but please allow up to one week for this process. Please note that all hair is PREORDERED. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking details will be available within 24 hours after receiving the email. For international orders, processing and shipping times may be longer.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged or modified. Please double-check your order details, including product type, length, and color, before checking out.
All shipments will require a signature upon delivery. After your package is handed over to the shipping courier, we are not responsible for any delays, lost, or damaged packages. For any delivery issues, or to open any claims please contact the assigned shipping facility directly using your tracking number.

We recommend using sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners to maintain the quality of the hair. Brush gently, avoid excessive heat. Our human hair extensions can be dyed however, we recommend consulting with a professional stylist to avoid damage.
